VEEP
Nepal is totally funded by volunteers program fees. Program
fees are as follows:

above costs include the following:
- Transportation to
and from Kathmandu Airport.
- Transportation to
and from village placement.

- VEEP staff visits
to the placement.

Sightseeing in the Kathmandu Valley. (
Three Different world Heritage
sites of Kathmandu Valley) including all the
expenses Like: Travel fare and Entrance fee and tourist
guide.

Micro
funds(
micro fund is a small amount of money provided by VEEP Nepal
during the placement time volunteer can spent that money in
community project like: repairing water tap in Village,
provide sports and other material to the school, help local
clubs in their community developments projects or they can
help local health post) for small
projects. Euro 50 to 100 Depending upon projects and
necessary.

Administration Costs
Includes
all the costs incurred recruiting volunteers such as
developing and maintaining a website, online advertise,
Internet and Emails, exploring new placement.
Food &Accommodation:
It covers volunteers food and accommodation during their
training and placement period.
Volunteer cost
Volunteer cost covers the Language and Lesson, volunteer
traveling expenses (during training period)
Micro
fund or ongoing projects
Its
provides a certain amount of money depends upon projects or
fund might be utilized in school kids sponsorship programme/
on going project

Grand Opportunity to
Explore Nepal in 2009 ( No Extra cost)
This
includes a 2 days trip to Chitwan
( a famous Tourist destination of Nepal) or
Pokhara ( second largest
tourist center of Nepal) with travel fare and accommodation

Visa Information
In
addition, you will be responsible for your flight tickets to
Nepal and visa fees which are as follows:
The government has also
revised existing tourist visa fee to be effective from 16th
July, 2008.

15 days = US$ 25 or equivalent convertible currency
Multiple entry
30 days = US$ 40 or equivalent convertible currency
Multiple entry
90 days = US$ 100 or equivalent convertible currency
Tourist Visa Extension
Visa extension fee for 15 days or less is US $ 30 or equivalent
convertible currency and visa extension fee for more than 15
days is US$ 2 per day
Should
you wish to spend more time in Kathmandu pre and post placement
period, go trekking, and sight seeing etc. please remember to
budget accordingly. These costs will not be covered by VEEP.
Additionally, volunteers are responsible for any incidentals
( extra food, laundry, sodas etc) occurred during training and
placement.
The
program fee should be paid either in local currency, US dollar
or in Euro upon arrival in Kathmandu.
Most of the Debit and
credit card can be use in ATM machine in Kathmandu and
Pokhara city

training -> full refund *
- Before completing
training program -> 25% refund*
