Govt to set up market monitoring mechanisms

 
 According to an authorized official, the government is planning to run at least one subsided rate shop in each constituencies to curb the price rise.
Speaking at a programme in the Capital today, Ganesh Dhakal, spokesperson at the Minister of Commerce and Supplies, informed that it has urged the Ministry of General Administration to make arrangement for the required manpower. He added the Ministry has urged the Finance Ministry to manage budget.
Likewise, the Ministry has forwarded the draft for amending the Act to set up Consumers Court and make the legal provision stronger against those involved in duping the consumers to the Law Ministry, Dhakal said.
