Program cost


Volunteers Nepal is dependent on the program fees paid by the volunteer. The fees for different programmes are mentioned below.

Note: All the fees mentioned are in European currency (Euro)
Programme Fees:

2 weeks Program : € 280
4 weeks Program : € 480

50 Euro each additional weeks can be paid directly to Orphanages


Our cost shown above is the total cost and does not include any hidden cost

The above costs include the following:

• Transportation to and from Kathmandu Airport.
• Transportation to and from village placement.
• Accommodation and meals during training period and placement.
• Language and cultural information classes.
• Special training according to the program.
• Staff visits to the placement.
• Sightseeing in the Kathmandu Valley. (Two Different world Heritage sites of Kathmandu Valley)


The cost does not include:
• Personal Insurance
• Flights (Domestic and International)
• Laundry service
• Drinks & Bar Bills
• Visa fees
• Airport Taxes on the return travel from Nepal
